All pre-ordered custom wig units require a 7-10 day processing/turnaround time. During this period, your order is prepared, customized, and packaged with care before shipment.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 2–3 business days for delivery.


Shipping Carriers:

We ship all orders through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and shipping speed.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to carrier issues beyond our control

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

    Once your order has been shipped and leaves our facility, Six 33 Extensions is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any issues with your delivery, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
