📦 Mail-In Instructions

The mailing address will be provided in your confirmation email after your order is placed. 

Please include the following inside your package:

• Full Name
• Order Number

📌 Hair Requirements

• Hair must be clean and completely dry (No Glue).
• Please send all bundles needed for your desired fullness.
• The closures must be NEW & make sure it is included in the package. We're only accepting 5x5 or 2x6 lace sizes. 
• We are not responsible for hair lost or damaged during shipping to us.

🚚 Shipping Information

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Six33 Extensions.

• We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

• Turnaround time begins once your hair is received, not when the order is placed.

1-2 business days- construction begins after your hair is delivered and confirmed, as do the turnaround time.
